Email Friend Referring
The email friend referring process helps grow your reward marketing list virally. The process is extraordinarily sophisticated and gives you complete reward program control. Bonus points are awarded to referring members.
Email friend referring is always available inside the customer account profile if selected in the account profile form creation. It’s encouraged to keep this option turned ‘ON’ when creating account profile forms. Each time the customer views their profile they will see the option refer friends.
Additionally, whenever receiving email broadcasts, there is an image link titled, Refer Friends. When clicked or viewed in the account profile, the customers directed to a page that asks for names and emails and shows a pre-created email message.
Friend Joining Process
After the friend name and email’s entered and broadcasted, the friend receives an email with a sign-up link to receive a free offer. When the friend completes the form and joins the rewards program, they must make a purchase before the referring customer/member receives reward bonus points. This method keeps dishonest friend referring from occurring.
