Shipping reward redemption products allow businesses to keep tracks of physical rewards and products given to members. This feature is extremely valuable for any business unable to issue in-house rewards.
Shipping rewards allow businesses to keep track of items shipped from inside the reward program. This adds a level of reporting to validate which products and rewards have been shipped to members.
When using the shipped feature with e-commerce, when a transaction takes place, the transaction goes into a pending status. Once approved, the product status can be changed to shipped via a system user with the appropriate rights. Shipped transactions can be date filtered, sorted, and exported accordingly and sent to necessary parties to ship products.
Businesses can also send members digital offers that allow self-redemption. These self-redeeming offers can be redeemed for physical products.
If the offer is self-redeemed, it goes into a pending status and the appropriate system user can approve the transaction and ship the product.
Approving Transaction Pending Status
Once a product is approved and shipped, a CSV file can export all shipped cashback reward offers or gifts. These CSV files can be sent to the appropriate department for shipping.
