Editing Reward Program Customer Profiles

At times, a customer account profile may require a slight tweak. This is highly unlikely, but the functionality is available. Employees are unable to add or subtract customer point values. Employee user privileges allow transaction posting only. Manager user levels and above can add and deduct points if needed.

Employees Editing Profiles

A customer may ask you to update their email or mobile number. In this situation, a business owner can log into the software and edit the necessary contact details. All user Logins have this functionality; however, the Tablet app has limited editing abilities.

Customers Editing Profiles

Customers have user profiles. At any point, the customer can log in to their profile and edit any information.

If included in your reward program, they can Login via email and/or the website. You have complete control if customers are permitted to have a user profile and where they can Login.

Some reward programs choose to exclude a user password. In this case, a member login link on your website would not be available. In order to view their profile, the customer requires an email reception. Customers can join reward programs at accelerated rates. You have the ability to view reward program joining statistics.
