Ease of use.  Our rewards program needed to be fast and easy to use on both sides of the transaction, both guest and employee have to buy in to the convenience to maximize adoption of the program.  RoboRewards is very flexible with many options to integrate with our POS systems and transaction processes, making it easy for our staff to adopt.  The new RoboRewards user profile site has proven an instant success with our members, giving them complete access to their account information online with an easy to use interface, and has immediately increased engagement with our membership.
