Loyalty Gamification

Loyalty Gamification is an extension of our Instant Win features. Using gamification in your loyalty program scheme provides a unique emotional draw to keep members engaged in your business and coming back for more. When a member visits a location, they enter their phone number on a reward program tablet kiosk. After checking-in, a reel-wheel appears with the opportunity to win a gift. Once the member spins the wheel, endorphins flood, and the emotional connection begins.

The business owner is allowed to create up to four different types of prizes, unlike Instant Winner, where one prize is permitted. Prizes consist of points, digital and physical awards, or a combination of both. Prizes can be tracked at the reward program level, location level, or member level, giving immense flexibility to meet any demand and need
